  I bought a granite benchtop kitchen package from here and found the price to be very fair. The cabinets arrived at the warehouse fully assembled within 2 weeks of placing the order so that was quick.
  
  My cabinets were glossy white, but I felt pressured to go with their standard finish, which had a pearly shimmer. I was told that if I went with a non-shimmery version it would take up to 4 months. This wasn't a big issue at the end because it still looked pretty good.
  
  One improvement I suggest they make is to provide customers with realistic estimates for trades work e.g. plumbing/gas/electrical. Before making the purchase I was given a very attractive total kitchen package cost estimate, however when the real trades quote came it was $2k more!
  
  As they are in this industry they really should know what to expect, and giving customers under market estimates just doesn't feel right.
